Election Season

Not many candidates contested incumbents for the 2010 federal elections. Louisiana's 2nd Congressional District and the state's U.S. Senate race are the federal races to watch. But that is it.  I expected more candidates to step up to run for office.  With the open primaries set to return it is unlikely that the years to come will be fruitful for progressives.
